The clause of governance is directly associated with the prospects it holds from developmental workouts such that we can serve the welfare grounds of the populations by the amount of gains from the developmental associations. The clause of development reaches to the ground level is to be ensured by the policies of governance such that we give uniform outlook to all prospects.
